What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are design and made locally in Savannah, GA. Each item is carefully made by hand from upcycled materials, helping to bring sustainability to the world of fashion.
Shipping & Returns
How long until my order is processed?
Once you place your order, we do a little happy dance, then get to work. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days - you’ll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and another one when your glorious upcycled creation is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
All products, except those which are Made to Order, are fulfilled and shipped via standard shipping, to arrive at your door in 6-9 days after the date the order is placed.
We don't control the mail, but we do send good vibes.
What is your shipping cost?
We use flat rate shipping prices of $5.00 USD. If any item requires more shipping methods the price will be reflected in the shipping at checkout.
What about shipping on "Bespoke-ish Made to Order" items?
"Bespoke-ish Made to Order" items may have extended delivery times. Additionally, please note that “Bespoke-ish Made to Order” items are not available for returns.
Can I return a "Bespoke-ish Made to Order" item?

Custom stuff is made just for you, and because of that, we don’t offer refunds on those one-of-a-kind weird wonders. Double-check details before hitting that charming little checkout button.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently we can only ship within the continental United States.
